I used to use a similar method for tv or monitor tubes, but it did not work anymore when I did not keep the shock. I added EHT to the trafos and added flams to the smps.
You can open the pcb file with the sprint layout that you see in the pictures with the PCB drawing. You can also use the classic capacitor to reduce the voltage and run the led circuit.
