The LM3886 Anfi integration is very popular and I have made a special design.
First of all there are differences between photos and pcb, some because of the material values in the hand and some in the development phase. You are based on PCB drawing .
Value for Res: (Vamfi-20V) / 70mA power, (Vamfi-20V) x70mA
Res tone value: (Vamfi-20) / 30mA power, (Vamfi-20V) x30mA
Amp feeds must be selected according to the loudspeaker impedances given in the LM3886 datasheet file and these resistances must be calculated accordingly.
+ and – feed paths, loudspeaker lines and leads must be soldered.
Rgain resistances can be selected according to preference from 10 to 15K. I recommend 10khm.
The output of the LM3886, ie the coil in the number 3 leg, was 1.2 W with a resistance of 10 watts on top of my fingers and my resistances were 2 W, so I used it.
I use a cooler for the tone control regulators, which serves as a shield between the main purpose capacitor (15000uF) and the opamp. So it must be connected to the gnd line.
This is a suggestion if a metal box is used. The chassis must be connected to the box with metal card holders or cable ( thicker 1-1.5mm2 on the left ). There is no need to connect the gnd line on the circuit to the metal case for the pots. Except for metal, it must be connected to the messenger. Likewise, if the LM3886 coolers are not metal boxes, the star must be connected to the chassis.
Loudspeaker protection and mains AC cables must either be woven as shown in the picture or shielded cable ( especially for hood protection ).
I would also recommend that you use it on the fuse PC. If it is not used, it would be nice to add capacitors between AC’s.
Therma : Normally the LM3886 has heat protection, but an additional thermostat can also be used) optional). In this case 60-70 degree thermostat can be used which is normally closed or cold. If not requested, it should be short-circuited .
Some jumps in the pcb are drawn thicker than the thicker wire should be connected here. 0.8-mm recommended.
