In the given diagram, when the infrared led beam emits at the output of 555, the phototransistor is transmitted. When T1 is transmitted, the T2 poles are reduced and this element is cut. When T2 enters the cut, the T3 polarity voltage increases, and this element passes the relay and activates the relay.
